The Pembroke Welsh Corgi has long been loved by English royalty for well over 70 years! Related to the Siberian Husky, the corgi was originally developed as a cattle herding dog in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The breed is distinguished by its “fox-like” appearance and short, rounded tail.
This corgi porcelain sculpture not only serves as a wonderful decoration on a vanity or nightstand, but also as a jewelry dish! You can store a favorite ring, a necklace, or a couple of pairs of post earrings. The Corgi dish is fired with 22kt gold fur details on the corgi’s body. Hidden inside the dish, there are additional 22kt gold details in the form of a starry sky!
All porcelain sculptures are handmade by the artist in sunny San Diego. Because each figurine is sculpted by hand, not cast from a mold, slight variations make each Corgi a one-of-a-kind creation. All ceramic figurines are packaged in a beautiful gift box, perfect for gift giving! Because each piece is made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. I will keep you posted on the progress of your piece.
