Having personally owned a Pembroke Welsh Corgi myself, I had to make a jewelry piece in his memory! I wanted to capture his cheery disposition in this handmade, tarnish-resistant, recycled silver pendant. No detail is overlooked in this piece! I carved tiny paws, detailed the bail with delicate spheres, and finished the necklace with a handmade branch toggle clasp. The Corgi pendant hangs on a gold-plated 18 inch solid silver chain.
The entire necklace is hand fabricated by myself in my studio in sunny San Diego. The Corgi pendant is cast in sterling silver and is colored with a durable resin. The clasp in the back is fashioned to resemble tree branches and leaves. All parts are solid and well-made, bearing a nice weight when worn.
The chain is made of sterling silver and is 18 inches long.
